The Franklin Park Lady Bobcats are 0-2 after falling at home to Woodlawn 14-10. Mya Russell was 3-4 with 2 runs, Alivia Rasul went 2-4 with 3 RBI, Quinn Wolfe, Allison Thurman and Emma Lipe all recorded their first varsity hits. Kendall Zimmermann had a great game in the field defensively.
Willow Grove/St Mary Centralia beat Odin 16-1 in the opening round of the OBC Softball Tournament. Emrie Quick got the win, striking out 11 in 4 innings while only giving up 1 run on 1 hit. Quick also led the offense with 2 hits including a triple with 3 RBI and 4 runs scored. Reese Koester had a double with 3 RBI and 2 runs, Mackenzie Perez added a double with an RBI and 2 runs, Raylyn Parker scored 3 times. Abigail Draper, Julie Siegler, Amelia Pracht and Olivia Sipe each had a run scored. The Wildcards will take on Raccoon today at 4pm in Odin.
