A 21-year-old Salem man in the Marion County Drug Court Program has been sentenced to seven years in prison with a recommendation for the prison boot camp program.
Dillon Foutch of East Olive had been placed in the drug court program after pleading guilty to possession of under five grams of methamphetamine. Due to violations, he was removed from the program and his probation revoked.
Judge Mark Stedelin sentenced Foutch on Friday. In addition to the prison term, he will have to complete one year of parole. He will be given credit for time already served.
