Salem grad and multi-sport athlete Trent Boles has signed his letter of intent to continue his football career at Illinois College. Boles contributed for the past 2 years on the football field while also playing basketball and baseball for SCHS. According to Salem coach Kevin Greene, Boles is unselfish, has a great work ethic, is a team first guy who loves the game and is a great teammate. He added he has a lot of tools that translate to the college game. It will be a reunion of sorts when Boles gets on campus and joins Salem teammates Keytin Mitchell, Kaden and Laten Wayer.
