The Centralia High School Track and Field program will be hosting a series of workouts/clinics for July and August. These are all free to the area communities and participants just need sign up for what dates they will be attending. July 23rd will be a Speed and Agility Clinic hosted by former CHS track standout Tyrone Jones. The other workouts/clinics will be the Southern Illinois Striders track club coaches working with boys and girls between the ages of 7-18. This will be for athletes looking to improve in their track events or wanting to try a new one. Check the flyers for the dates and times of each workout/clinic. Links to sign up can be found at www.facebook.com/orfanage/ If you have any questions please contact John Fischer, CHS Boys Track Coach at jfischer@centraliahs.org.
