A 47-year-old Kinmundy man has pleaded guilty to a charge of violation of bail bond in exchange for aggravated battery and domestic battery charges being dropped.
Charles Weathersby of South Monroe was placed on one year conditional discharge.
Weathersby admitted to having contact with a residence where he was prohibited by conditions on his release on bond.
