A 50-year-old Salem man is in the Marion County Jail after being arrested by Salem Police on outstanding Marion and Clinton County warrants. Jimmy Brannin is wanted for failure to appear in traffic cases in both counties as well as on a misdemeanor case in Clinton County. Total bond is $7,500. Salem Police say Brannin was arrested during a traffic stop early Thursday morning in the 500 block of West Main Street.
23-year-old Jessica Smith of East Church in Salem remains in custody in lieu of $5,000 bond on an outstanding Clinton County felony failure to appear warrant.
