A 27-year-old Centralia man has been arrested for financial institution fraud after allegedly cashing three checks he had reported as stolen.
Centralia Police arrested Richard Atchison of D’Ann Drive on Wednesday. He was also taken to the Marion County Jail on outstanding Marion and Clinton County traffic warrants.
Atchison allegedly wrote the three checks for a total of $440.
