A new event is coming to Centralia in July.
Mayor Bryan Kuder says the Centralia Summer Market will be held on Saturday, July 24th.
“We had such a great turnout for the Locust Street event about a month ago and I thought we could do this more. We’ve had a lot of the public reach out asking if we can do this more often. The one on July 24 it’s going to be a lot of vendors and we are going to try and get as many food trucks as we can. It should be a really good time.”
The city council Monday night agreed to the temporary closure of various downtown streets for the event.
