Bond has been set at $30,000 for a Salem man charged in Marion County Court on Monday with a Class 1 felony charge of attempted possession of child pornography and unauthorized video recording of another person.
David Tindall of Church Road is accused in the charges of arranging to use a cellular phone to video record a person under the age of 18 as she came out of a shower.
Tindall had the public defender appointed to represent him. If released on bond, he was ordered to have no contact with the alleged victim, their residence, or any person under the age of 18.
A preliminary hearing in the case is set for July 6th.
