The Marion County Sheriff’s Department has arrested a 44-year-old Salem man for alleged child pornography and unlawful recording by placing a video device in a residence.
Deputies report David Tindall of Church Road was taken into custody late Saturday afternoon at Bryan Memorial Park.
The sheriff’s department reports the investigation is ongoing and no other information is currently being released.
