A 40-year-old Alma man has been arrested for possession of a controlled substance after Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies were called to his home following an incident with a man repossessing a vehicle.
The sheriff’s department report indicates Anthony Strain of Boles Street came out of his home with a gun in hand early Wednesday morning while his vehicle was in the process of being repossessed.
The repossession agent left until a deputy arrived on the scene. While talking to Strain, the deputy learned the gun was a BB gun. But then Strain was arrested after allegedly being found in possession of what is believed to be cocaine.
