A 48-year-old Dowell, Illinois man has been arrested for failure to register as a sex offender. Howard Mays was taken to the Marion County Jail by Wamac Police.
Salem Police arrested 21-year-old Chelsey Haizlip of Woodland Drive in Salem for domestic battery.
32-year-old Jordan Klingaman of North Walnut in Centralia was arrested by Wamac Police for alleged domestic battery and criminal damage to property.
A 34-year-old Flora woman, Sara Slover of East Third, was arrested by Central City Police on an outstanding Effingham County felony warrant. She was later released on a notice to appear in court.
