The Marion County Sheriff’s Department has both a burglary and theft under investigation.
The break-in to the shed was a home in the 600 block of Green Street Road east of Central City. A dirt bike was reported stolen sometime on Thursday.
The sheriff’s department has also been notified of the theft of a generator from a home in the 3200 block of Nation Road southwest of Salem.
