2022 05/28 – Brenda Brasket

Brenda Brasket, age 71 of Centralia, passed away on Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at Missouri Baptist Medical Center in St. Louis. Brenda attended The Rock Church in Centralia and was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary. She was an avid line dancer, loved auctions, singing karaoke, garage sales, playing cards, but mostly spending time with her grandkids. She retired from North American Lighting after 23 years.

Funeral services for Brenda Brasket will be held on Saturday May 28, 2022 at 11:00 am at The Rock Church in Centralia with Pastor Steve Upchurch officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park in Sandoval. Visitation will be on Friday, from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at the church. Survivors include three children, Ricky Brasket, Chrystal Atchison, and James Clark and wife Sarah, all of Centralia; grandchildren, Donnie DeClue and wife Brittney, Luke DeClue, Taevon Hefley, Reese Hefley, Amelia Steinkamp and Hayden Steinkamp; great-grandchildren, Brooklynn DeClue and Gage DeClue; and one sister, Becky Grote of Centralia.

Brenda was born on June 25, 1950 in Centralia the daughter of Leo and Veta (Dugan) Corson. She was preceded in death by her parents and special friends, Eugene Brasket and John Clark.
