A 43-year-old Centralia man received minor head injuries after a deer crashed through the windshield of his car while he was traveling Monday night on Route 37 South of Salem near England Road.
Christopher Lueking was treated by EMS personnel on the scene, but declined hospital treatment. He was alone in the vehicle. The crash occurred at 7:43 Monday night.
