A 49-year-old Flora man has been arrested on a failure to appear or pay warrant on a forgery conviction. Richard Key is being held in the Marion County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bond.
A 61-year-old Centralia man, Rocky Emm of North Broadway, was given a notice to appear in court after being arrested on outstanding Tazwell, Livingston, and Washington County warrant.
