2022 05/09 – Marilyn Sue Bourque

Marilyn Sue Bourque, 84, of Centralia passed away Monday, May 2, 2022, at Odin Health Care Center. She was born on October 24, 1937, the daughter of Joseph and Helen (Weiss) Ettwein in Centralia. She married Norman Bourque in 1957 and a son was born to this union. They later divorced.

Survivors include her son Larry Bourque of Centralia; grandchildren Joshua Bourque of Centralia, and Elizabeth Bourque of Centralia; and great-grandchildren Kaleb Marshall, Wyatt Marshall, and Tristan Riddle.

Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Helen Ettwein; and her sister Billie Williams and husband Charles.

Marilyn was born and raised in Centralia and was glad to call it her home. She was a loving mother to her only son, Larry. She was a grateful grandmother and great-grandmother who was so proud of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Marilyn was a loyal employee of Walmart where she worked as an office clerk for nineteen and a half years. She was always kind to her co-workers and her customers. She was a great listener and a good friend. Marilyn’s life will be remembered by everyone that knew and loved her.

A celebration of life graveside service will be held at 12:00 p.m. Monday, May 9, 2022, at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Centralia. Memorials may be made in Marilyn’s honor to the Family’s Wishes and will be accepted for the family at the Irvin Macz Funeral Home in Centralia.
