Centralia Police have arrested a 45-year-old Centralia man on multiple drug charges after a brief high-speed chase.
Michael Allison of Medlin Road was arrested for possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a narcotic instrument, and possession of cannabis along with aggravated fleeing from police.
Centralia Police say they initially tried to stop Allison in the 2100 block of East Calumet, but Allison reportedly sped off at a high rate of speed before eventually stopping on his own on East McCord Street.
The incident occurred at 11:16 Friday night.
