David Brock Wade, 42 of Salem, Illinois passed away at his home Sunday, April 17, 2022.
He was born October 14, 1979, in Atlanta, Georgia, he was the son of David A. Wade and Karie Lee (Coffey) Sullens.
David worked as a construction laborer for Railworks, where he assisted in building bridges for the railroads.
Surviving is his father: David Wade and wife Betty of Phoenix, AZ, his sisters: Lexie Sullens of Indiana and Katie Wade of Phoenix, AZ, one brother: Matt Wade of Tucson, AZ, a nephew: Ian Clasper of Kinmundy, and two nieces: Mya Timmons of Illinois and Ambria Parr of Indiana. Also, his maternal grandmother, Shirley Coffey of Salem, IL; an uncle: Kent Coffey; and cousins: Justin Coffey, Mandy Tate, Kasey Allen, and Bryan Coffey.
He is preceded in death by his mother: Karie Sullens, sister: Kala Sullens, daughter: Macie Jo Murfin, maternal grandfather, Robert “Bryan” Coffey, and paternal grandparents: Jerry Owen Wade and Sarah Arlene Wade.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, April 30, 2022, at 11:30 AM at the Sutherland-Rankin Funeral Home in Salem. A Private Burial for the family will be held at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Centralia. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the First Christian Church in Salem and will be accepted at the Sutherland-Rankin Funeral Home at 310 North Broadway, P.O.
