Jason Michael Hargrove, 19, of Wayne City, Illinois, passed away at 3:06 pm on March 25, 2022, at SSM Health Good Samaritan Hospital in Mount Vernon.
He was born August 11, 2002, in Mount Vernon, Illinois to James Hargrove and Jamie (Maricle) Taylor.
Jason is survived by his mother, Jamie Taylor, and husband, Rodney of Bluford, Illinois; father, James Hargrove, and wife, Mellisa of Dahlgren, Illinois; siblings, Brianna Lang, Ciara Taylor, Jessica Hargrove, Jeffrey Hargrove, Bo Taylor; grandparents, Jim and Susan Maricle; and many cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
Jason was preceded in death by his siblings, Jonathan and Devon Taylor, and grandparents, James and Sandra Hargrove.
A Visitation will be held Friday, April 1, 2022, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Hughey Funeral Home in Mount Vernon Illinois. A Funeral Service will be held Saturday, April 2, 2022, at 10:00 am with Mr. Trevor Ile officiating. Interment will follow at Baltimore Cemetery in Wayne City, Illinois.
