Hailey Marie Budde, 23, of Salem, Illinois, passed away at 3:25 pm March 6, 2022 at Salem Township Hospital in Salem. Hailey was loved by many and will be dearly missed.
A Visitation will be held Wednesday, March 9, 2022 from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm at Hughey Funeral Home in Mount Vernon, Illinois. A Funeral Service will begin at 1:00 pm with Mr. Claude Howell officiating. Interment will follow at Garrison Temple Cemetery in Wayne County, Illinois. In addition to her mother, Hailey is survived by her sister, Ashley Vaughn of Albion, Illinois; grandparents, Rufus and Cherie Youngblood, Jr. of Bluford, Illinois; uncle, Dean Youngblood of Bluford, Illinois; aunt, Hope Hamann of Prophetstown, Illinois; cousins, Amber Hogeman of Highland, Illinois, Tayler Hayes of Mount Vernon, Illinois; and many close friends and other family.
She was born November 14, 1998 in Mount Vernon, Illinois to Pamela Youngblood. Hailey was preceded in death by her aunt, Stephanie Youngblood and great-grandparents, Rufus and Altress Youngblood.
