Chad Michael Welker, 43, formerly of Salem, Illinois passed away February 10, 2022, in Evansville, Indiana.
Born January 1, 1979, in Lawrenceville, IL, he was the son of Michael W. Welker and Lori Vantlin Look.
He was a former employee of North American Lighting in Salem.
Survivors include his father and step-mother, Michael and Rhonda Welker of Salem, and his daughter, Nevaeh Welker.
Simple cremation was chosen. There will be no public service. Burial will be private. Memorials to honor Chad may be made to the Donor’s choice and will be received by the Sutherland – Rankin Funeral Home, P.O. Box 97, 310 N.
