2022 01/30 – Lonnie Oliver Ruckman

Lonnie Oliver Ruckman, 64, left this life to conquer another one in the early hours of Wednesday January 26, 2022, surrounded by his children. Lonnie enjoyed listening to Rock N’ Roll. He also enjoyed playing baseball, softball, hanging and talking with his best pals, reading, cooking for his children, and was a lifelong Cardinals and Blues fan.

A celebration of life service will be held privately by the family. Memorials may be made in Lonnie’s honor to Irvin Macz Funeral Home to help the family with arrangements and will be accepted for the family at the funeral home. Mr. Ruckman is survived by four children; Layla Eller of Salem, Jayne Ruckman, Keenan Ruckman, and Kassandra Ruckman, all of Centralia. Lonnie also has three grandchildren; Layden, Ansel, and Phynn, all whom he loved more than life itself. and two siblings; Rusty Ruckman and Julia Cox of Salem; a stepfather Will Parck of Centralia; two step-sisters Dana Woodrome and Deb Erickson of Centralia; a myriad of nieces, nephews, and cousins spread throughout.

He was born May 13, 1957, the son of Bill Ruckman and Wanda (Beasley) Ruckman. Lonnie was preceded in death by his parents, older sister Ramona Padburg, and nieces Alison and Lori.
