Charles Edward Wagoner, age 77, of Des Plaines, IL. He was born and raised in Salem, was a graduate of the SCHS class of 1962. Charles received his bachelor’s degree from Eastern Illinois University and his Masters from Northern Illinois University. He taught for 35 years from District 207 Main Township High Schools.
Private graveside services were held on January 5th.
