Francis J. “Frank” Haislar, 84, of Salem, Illinois passed away December 23, 2021 at the Odin Care Center.
Simple cremation was chosen. A public burial will take place sometime in the near future. Sutherland – Rankin Funeral Home in Salem is entrusted with the family’s care.
