A 36-year-old Sandoval man was arrested by Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies for criminal damage to property. Michael Smith of South Maple is accused of damaging a vehicle in the Odin area last month.
Two others were brought to jail on outstanding Marion County felony failure to appear in court warrants. 20-year-old Jacob Ellston of Monroe Street in Kinmundy was picked up by Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies on a warrant involving a prior burglary conviction. 41-year-old Samuel Bass of Tulsa Street in Salem was arrested at his home by Salem Police on a possession of controlled substance conviction. Both were released after posting a $300 bond.
