Cynthia Ann Dwiggins, age 53 of St. Louis, passed away on Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at Carle Foundation Hospital in Champaign. Cynthia attended the Apostolic Church of Salem. She enjoyed fishing, coloring, camping, and spending time with her grandkids.

She married Chris Dwiggins on October 15, 2005 in St. Louis, and he survives in Salem. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her mother, Christine Cook; three children, Jimmy Davis and wife Kalee of Salem, Spencer Davis and wife Ashely of Salem, and Lyndsi Cook and husband Jason Elston of St. Louis; three siblings, Joshua Cook of St. Louis, Jason Cook and wife Angela of Kansas City, MO, and Jessica Cook and husband Doug Shepard of St. Louis; four granddaughters; five grandsons; and several nieces and nephews.
Cynthia was born on July 16, 1968 in St. Louis, the daughter of Donald E. and Christine Ann (Zeigler) Cook. She was preceded in death by her father, Donald.
