Ruth Ann Wilbanks, 73, Dyersburg, Tennessee passed away Sunday, September 19, 2021 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.
She was born on April 21, 1948 in Marion, Illinois the late Billy Blue and JoAnn Murrow Kelton. She was an associate for Wal-Mart.
She is survived by her sons, David Wilbanks of Dyersburg, Tennessee, Kenny Bauer of Colorado; daughter, Crystal Green of Dyersburg, Tennessee; brothers, Bill Kelton and wife, Marsha, Kevin Kelton and wife, Melanie of Mount Vernon, Illinois; grandchildren, Finn Wilbanks, Tyler Wilbanks, Kaitlyn Green, Lillianna Nunez, and Braden Buckner.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Frederick Wilbanks.
A Visitation will be held Thursday, September 23, 2021 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Hughey Funeral Home in Mount Vernon, Illinois. A Funeral Service will be held Friday, September 24, 2021 at 1:30 pm at Hughey Funeral Home in Mount Vernon, Illinois. Interment will follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Mount Vernon, Illinois.
