Two men face new drug charges while another faces a new weapons charge that were filed Thursday in Marion County Court.
34-year-old Timothy Burton of North Beech in Centralia was charged with possession of less than five grams of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $25,000. The public defender was appointed to represent her.
64-year-old Donald Rogers of Benton was charged for having under five grams of methamphetamine. Bond was set at $9,000. The public defender was appointed to represent him.
30-year-old Michael Breeden of Springfield, MO was charged with unlawful possession of ammunition by a felon. If convicted, the charge carries a mandatory two to ten-year prison term. Bond was set at $10,000 and a public defender was appointed to represent him.
