Salem Police arrested a 22-year-old Salem woman for alleged domestic battery following an incident that occurred outside her home on Thursday. Jessie Strayhorn Green of West Pine was arrested following an altercation with her boyfriend and taken to the Marion County Jail.
Three others were arrested on outstanding warrants.
- 22-year-old Tony Rybacki of East Locust Street in Salem was arrested by Salem Police at his home on an outstanding Marion County failure to appear warrant in a pending burglary case. Bond is set at $10,000.
- 36-year-old Jessica Smith of North Pine in Centralia was arrested by Centralia Police on a failure to appear in Fayette County court on a pending possession of methamphetamine case. Bond was set at $5,000.
- Kinmundy Police arrested 57-year-old Wally West of West Case in Kinmundy on an outstanding Clay County felony warrant. He was released after posting $1,500 cash bond.
