The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children is asking for the public’s help in locating a 17-year-old Flora teen who has not been seen since December 29th, 2021.
Luka Ferrell has brown hair, brown eyes, is Caucasian, weighs 130 pounds, and is 5 feet 3 inches tall.
