Two persons face new felony charges in Marion County Court following Monday arrests.
29-year-old Lacie Linder of James Street in Centralia was charged with felony disorderly conduct after allegedly making a false fire report to the Centralia Fire
Department. Bond was set at $5,000. If found guilty, Linder faces an extended term sentence. The public defender was appointed to represent her.
33-year-old Jody Wooters of South Perrine in Centralia was charged with unlawful restraint after allegedly grabbing the arm of a woman to prevent her from leaving a car. Centralia Police say the incident occurred in front of the Centralia Police Department during a domestic dispute. Police were able to free the woman and took Wooters into custody after being alerted to the situation. Bond for Wooters was set at $10,000. If released on bond, Wooters is to have no contact with the victim or her residence.
