State Police say a 36-year-old Hoyleton man was injured when his pickup truck collided with a semi at US 51 at the Interstate 64 westbound on-ramp near Richview in Washington County.
Preliminary investigative details indicate Jason Everett was traveling southbound on U.S. 51 when the semi-driven by 67-year-old Ricky True of Richview made a left turn onto the Interstate 64 westbound on-ramp. The front of Everett’s pickup struck the passenger side of the semi.
Everett was transported to an area hospital with injuries.
True was ticketed for failure to yield turning left.
The crash occurred at seven Wednesday night.
