All three of those involved in a two vehicle crash at West Main and Kinney Boulevard early Monday night refused hospital treatment.
Salem Police say the crash occurred when 49-year-old Leonard Hampton of Bowling Green, Ohio made a left hand turn to the I-57 northbound ramp in front of a westbound vehicle on Main Street driven by 20-year-old Madeleine Wyers of South Jefferson in Salem.
A passenger in the Hampton vehicle, 45-year-old Martha Gysan of Nasson, Ohio, was arrested for violation of an order of protection for being with Hampton.
Hampton was ticketed for failure to yield when turning left.
The crash occurred at seven pm.
