A 28-year-old Salem man has been arrested by Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies for burglary. Slade Thompson of Rogers Street was taken to the Marion County Jail. No other details about the case have been released.
56-year-old Richard Burkett of South Poplar in Centralia was arrested by Centralia Police on an outstanding Marion County failure to appear warrant. Bond is set at $250.
23-year-old Thurston Rankin of Robin Road in Salem was arrested for misdemeanor criminal damage to property. He’s accused of driving a truck into a cornfield off Robin Road south of Apple Ridge Road and allegedly leaving it after it became stuck. Rankin was given a notice to appear in court.
