The Salem Fire Department was called to standby in the 200 block of West Rogers Street early Friday night after a zero-turn lawn mower clipped a natural gas line causing a leak.
The gas to the home occupied by Kaylee Hill had been turned off by the time the fire department arrived. They stood by until a Salem City Gas crew arrived and took care of the problem.
