A 26-year-old Central City man has been sentenced in Marion County Court to 42 months in prison after his probation was revoked on an aggravated battery conviction.
Joey Evans of South Marion will have to complete one year of parole after getting out of prison.
He had been placed on probation for two years in 2016 after admitting to striking a patron at the former Pumphouse Bar and Smokehouse in the elbow with a beer bottle.
