Salem Township Hospital is offering discounted lab vouchers as part of its wellness program until five Tuesday evening. The vouchers can be purchased at the drive-through front canopy at the main entrance of Salem Township Hospital.
The price is $40 for an executive profile and $25 each for PSA and Hemoglobin A1c.
The vouchers do not have an expiration date. Discounted lab vouchers are only available for purchase on the designated date and hours. They can be used at the Salem Township Hospital Laboratory which is open seven days a week, six am to 6:30 pm. Patient registration is not necessary for lab vouchers.
Lab results will no longer be mailed to your home. Results will be available on MyChart. You may still request the hospital to send a copy of your results to your medical provider.
