A 21-year-old Salem woman has been taken to the Marion County Jail for possession of methamphetamine and two outstanding felony failure to appear in court warrants. Danielle Campbell of East Main was arrested by Salem Police Thursday after they investigated a suspicious person complaint at the Days Inn on West Main Street. Campbell was initially picked up on a Marion County felony failure to appear in court warrant on a dangerous drug charge and a Clinton County felony failure to appear warrant on a larceny charge. Bond on the Marion County warrant was set at $7,500. Bond on the Clinton County warrant is $5,000. She was then allegedly found in possession of less than five grams of methamphetamine.
A 42-year-old Centralia man was found in contempt of court. Raymond Nagy of North Pine was taken into custody by sheriff’s deputies and remains in the Marion County Jail on Friday morning.
57-year-old Ronald Knicker of North Walnut in Centralia was arrested by Centralia Police on a failure to appear warrant on a theft conviction case. He was taken to the Marion County Jail where he remains in lieu of $2,100 bond.
44-year-old Curtis Scott of South Cherry in Centralia turned himself in on a Marion County felony failure to appear warrant on a pending possession of methamphetamine charge and was released after posting $460 bond.
