Centralia Police arrested 53-year-old Misty Horton of South Locust in Centralia for alleged domestic battery. She was taken to the Marion County Jail.
44-year-old Michael Bartley of Salem was arrested by Salem Police on an outstanding no bond Washington County warrant for violation of a pretrial condition. The revocation is based on a new allegation of electronic harassment.
