Police Beat for Tuesday, September 17th, 2024

Four people were arrested on outstanding no-bond warrants on Monday and taken to the Marion County Jail.

24-year-old Brynt Long of South 20th in Mt. Vernon was transferred from the Jefferson County Jail for failure to appear on a felony aggravated battery warrant.

67-year-old Daniel Walls of Cedar Street in Sandoval was arrested by Sandoval Police on a felony warrant for threatening a public offici8als.

36-year-old Sheila Deaton, who told Centralia Police she was homeless was arrested on a Marion County felony failure to appear warrant in a possession of methamphetamine case.

21-year-old Nariah Johnson of Hickory Meadows in Centralia was arrested by Centralia Police on a major traffic warrant and an outstanding Williamson County warrant.
