Ronald “Ronnie” Earl Foster, 56, of Mt. Vernon passed away May 21st, 2024, at Good Samaritan Hospital. He was the son of Ronnie and Gloria (Payne) Foster.
Ronald worked at a tree service for a living, but his biggest love was being a grandpa to his grandkids.
He is survived by his mother: Gloria (Payne) Foster; Six uncles: Fred Payne, Johnny Payne, James Payne, Butch Payne, Julian Payne, and Herb Foster; Two aunts: Connie Woods and Cathy Draper; Ex-wife: Theresa Shaefer; three daughters: Rachel Schaefer, Sara Schaefer, and Emily Schaefer; cousins: Thumper Woodward, Lori Woodward, Rocky Shell, and Lonnie Shell; Best friends: Scott Mattingly and Cousin Charlie Casner.
He was preceded in death by his father, uncle Larry Foster, and aunt Sandra Woodward.
Funeral Service for Ronald Foster will be held Tuesday, May 28th, 2024, at 7:00 pm at Sutherland-Rankin Funeral Home. A visitation will be held from 5:00 pm until the time of the service at Sutherland-Rankin Funeral Home.
