Lois Montoya, 73, of Centralia, passed away Friday, November 20, 2020 at 10:00 PM at her home, surrounded by her family. Lois was a stay at home mom for the majority of her life and she helped her husband with managing their rental business. She enjoyed coloring, connecting with family on Facebook and was very crafty and creative. Most of all she loved spending time with her grandchildren.
Due to the new COVID Restrictions, a Private Family Service will be held on Wednesday, November 25, 2020 at the Sutherland-Garnier Funeral Home in Centralia with entombment to follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Centralia. She married Rogelio “Roger” Montoya on March 1, 1986 and he survives in Centralia. In addition to her husband of 34 years, Roger Montoya of Centralia, her children: Robert Wilson and wife Sheilia of Centralia, Tracy Wilson of Sandoval, Maria Thompson and husband Kevin of Centralia, and Shauna Bitter and husband Shane of Centralia; 15 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren; a son-in-law: Marvin Harris of Centralia.
She was born February 14, 1947 in Youngstown, Ohio, the daughter of Joseph Callahan and Mildred (Erwin) Callahan. She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter: Lori Harris, and a granddaughter: Kali Bitter.
