Betty Lois Copple, 88, of Mount Vernon, Illinois, passed away at 1:02 am November 17, 2020 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Evansville, Indiana.

In addition to her beloved husband, Betty is survived by her children, Stan Copple of Mount Vernon, Illinois and Brent Copple and wife, Priscilla of Coal City, Illinois; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and brothers, Paul David Morgan and Wayne Morgan.
She was born June 25, 1932 in Mount Vernon to the late George and Beulah (Richardson) Morgan. Betty married James Copple in 1951. They were blessed with 69 wonderful years of marriage. In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters. Betty was a loving mother, grandmother, servant of the Lord, and prayer warrior. She will be greatly missed.
