Two people remain in the Marion County Jail on Tuesday morning following arrests on outstanding warrants.
54-year-old Ronald Courtney of Gilmore Street in Wamac was arrested by Centralia Police. He’s being held in lieu of a $2,000 bond on a Marion County warrant to revoke his probation for possession of methamphetamine. Courtney is also being held on a Washington County misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear on a criminal trespass conviction. The bond on that warrant is set at $5,000.
32-year-old Michael Lutz of Apple Street in Wamac was arrested by Wamac Police for failure to appear on a pending felony domestic battery case. The bond is set at $5,000.
