Raylynn Marie Starr, 4, of Belle Rive, Illinois, passed away at 8:05 am October 25, 2020 at her residence. Raylynn had a contagious laugh that could light up a room. She loved spending time with her great-grandma, Gloria and she will be greatly missed.
A Private Service will be held. Memorials may be made in Raylynn’s honor to the Starr family in care of Rachel Starr or to Cardinal Glennon Complex Care.Please remember to observe social distancing at this time. In addition to her parents, Raylynn is survived by her grandfather, Ronnie Starr of Mount Vernon, Illinois; grandmother, Lulanda Swan of Mount Vernon, Illinois; brother, Dakota Fleener of Buckner, Illinois; aunts, Ashleah Horne, Karrae Starr, Caitlin Starr, Heather Ellis and husband, Travis, Tore Payne, Angel Wemmer and husband, Allen; great-uncle, Ralph Starr of Mount Vernon, Illinois; and great-grandmother, Gloria Foster of Mount Vernon, Illinois.
She was born November 17, 2015 in Saint Louis, Missouri to David King and Rachel Starr. Raylynn was preceded in death by her great-grandmother, Sally Starr; great-grandfather, Ronnie Foster; and cousin, Bianca Starr.
