Frank J. Goff, age 54 of Cartter, passed away on Tuesday October 13, 2020 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Mt. Vernon. Frank worked as a roustabout for Brim Oil Company in Mt. Vernon.

Frank married Gail E. Mulvaney on July 11, 1997 in Salem, IL.Survivors include his wife, Gail Goff of Cartter; children, Jeanette Parker, Heather Goff, Nichole Goff, Buck Whipple, and Matthew Mulvaney; and 11 grandchildren.
Frank was born on November 14, 1965 in Salem, IL, the son of Roy and Edna (Phelps) Goff. He was preceded in death by his parents, and a daughter, Shelby Mulvaney.
