A 25-year-old Centralia man has been sentenced to four years in prison in Marion County Court after his probation was revoked in a January 2018 arson case.
Andrew Davis of Walnut Hill Road will serve the time concurrently with a four-year prison term handed down in Jefferson County Court for burglary to Woodlawn High School in August of last year.
Davis had been sentenced to four years probation for a fire that damaged a building in the 11-hundred block of South Locust Street in Centralia. The revocation was based on not abstaining from drugs and alcohol and having THC the active drug in cannabis in his urine.
Davis will have to complete two years of parole when getting out of prison and was given credit for 461 days already served.
