Larry Dean Howe, 75, passed away peacefully at his home in Centralia on January 22nd. Larry came into this life on September 5, 1948, in Centralia, the son of Bert Clark Howe and Harvel Lucille (Bryant) Howe. He married his beloved wife Carolyn Sue (Cherry) Howe on July 31, 1983, and she survives him. Larry was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, all his aunts and uncles, and two cousins. In addition to Carolyn, Larry is survived by his two sons: Scott Howe and his wife Ashley of Centralia, and Dustin Howe and his wife Cheryl, also of Centralia. He is also survived by his two brothers: Jim Howe and his wife Michelle of Georgia and Dave Howe and his wife Susan of Centralia, as well as several nieces and nephews. He deeply loved his eight grandchildren: Leairah, Dakota, Isaiah, Eli, Logan, Noah, Demy, and Sami. Known for being a hard worker, Larry was employed on various farms, gas stations, construction sites, demolition sites, factories, sawmills, and many other places in the Centralia area throughout his lifetime. He preferred being out in nature. He enjoyed comics and loved to laugh. He will be dearly missed by those who knew him. A small memorial service will be held at Centralia Church of the Nazarene on Sunday, February 4th at 2:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the family and can be accepted at Sutherland-Garnier Funeral Home, which is honored to be of service to the Howe family.
