Heather Boothman approached the board to be allowed to replace a 14 by 40 foot storage shed built to look like a house as a residence in the 100 block of South Isle. Boothman was told to fill out paperwork seek zoning approval, with the zoning board to make a recommendation. Zoning Administrator Joe Lyons says the building will have to meet building codes in order to be converted into a home. Booth said she owns two adjacent homes on the property, but discovered the one they were going to live in had a fire in the attic area that makes it unsafe to inhabit.
